Dr. Kiran Pai
Dr. Kiran Pai
Dr. Kiran Pai (Ed.D.), Co-founder and Pro-Chancellor of Vidyashilp University, also directs Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyashilp School, and Vidyasagar Preschool. An Educational Psychologist with expertise in Instructional Design, she holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Master’s in Learning Design and Technology from USC. Recipient of the 2021 Doctoral Distinction Award, 2020 Kappa Delta Pi Honors, and the World Education Congress’ 50 Innovative Leaders Award, she champions inclusive, future-focused learning.

With nearly four decades of teaching and leadership experience, Ms. Nalini brings a deep understanding of how children learn. She holds a Master’s in Education and has taught across Kodagu, Delhi, Lagos, and Bangalore. Joining Vidya Niketan in 1989, she played a pivotal role in its growth from a single room to one of Bangalore’s most reputed schools. Under her guidance, students thrived both academically and in extracurricular pursuits. This is a testament to her vision and dedication to holistic education.
